## Engagement bands

### Focused engagement — < €5k
A single, tightly scoped piece of work — a landing page, a design sprint, or one AI integration dropped into a product you already run.

### Website or MVP — €5k - 20k
A full custom website with CMS, or a lean product MVP — design through to production launch.

### Product build — €20k - 50k
A web app, e-commerce build, or customer portal, including UX research, design system and engineering.

### Platform — €50k - 100k
A SaaS platform or multi-surface product — web plus mobile, admin tooling, and AI features built into the core.

### Long-term partnership — > €100k
An ongoing engagement: a complex platform, a dedicated team, or a multi-phase AI product roadmap.

- **Quoting:** Every project is quoted individually. After a short discovery call we send a clear, fixed proposal with no surprises.
- **Deposit:** A down payment is required to begin work. The amount depends on project scope and is agreed during the initial consultation.
- **Timeline:** A typical website takes 4–8 weeks from initial consultation to launch. Larger software and AI builds are scoped to fit.
- **Availability:** Discovery typically begins within 1–2 weeks of first contact; active development within 2–3 weeks.
- **Languages:** English, Ukrainian
- **Based in:** Madrid, Spain
- **Serving:** Worldwide — fully remote, all time zones. Our Madrid base is where we
  are, not a limit on where we work.
- **Billing:** EUR for all engagements, wherever the client is
